Intro to Kripalu Yoga (all levels/gentle ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Tuesday:  

Deep-Relaxation Yoga (all levels/calming ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Wednesday:

Kripalu Yoga (all levels/moderate ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Thursday:

Yoga & Functional Core Strength (all levels/vigorous ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.)

Friday & Saturday No classes

Sunday 10:00 – 11:45 am  (Sun. vigorous classes are currently on hold)

    I see a sat hips, neck and shoulder class listed in the concord monitor. Is that for this sat?
    I would love to attend.
