Deep-Relaxation Yoga (all levels)

Wednesday 5:30-7:00 p.m.  

Kripalu Yoga (all levels)

Thursday 5:30-7:00 p.m. 

Yoga & Functional Core Strength (all levels vigorous practice)

Sunday 10:00 – 11:45 am  (Sun. vigorous classes to resume in the Fall)
