Deep-Relaxation Yoga (all levels/calming ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Wednesday:

Kripalu Yoga (all levels/moderate ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Thursday:

Yoga & Functional Core Strength (all levels/vigorous ~ 5:30-7:00 p.m.) 

Friday & Saturday
 workshops and special events.

Sunday 

Sunday Morning “Get Fit” Yoga 10am- 11:30
